Zap Cooking is a decentralized recipe and food culture app where recipes are shared as Nostr events, identity is your Nostr key rather than an account, value flows peer-to-peer through Lightning zaps, and discovery comes from people, not algorithms. It ships both as a web app and as a Capacitor-based Android app.
Web and mobile
Zap Cooking runs as a full web app at zap.cooking, and also ships as a native Android app (built with Capacitor) for browsing and cooking recipes on the go. Both surfaces share the same Nostr-native recipe data, so a recipe you save on the web shows up in the app and vice versa.
